The article looks at the possible consequences of a crisis such as that of covid 19 in terms of crisis and risk management.
The article begins with a review of crisis management, reminding us of the unexpected nature of crises, their "volatility" and the prerequisites to be taken into account in their management. It then focuses on the rebounds and aftermath of a crisis with similar characteristics: "the unavailability of free resources".
The various risk factors, both short and long term, are then considered in a broad spectrum: human, technical, contractual, etc. Finally, the article focuses on the follow-up to be given in the event of a crisis, with the importance of feedback and the conduct of simulations/drills.
In short, it is an invitation to think about risk management.
